Oakwood 30 is the newest project for Luminor Properties. Located in the Larchmont Village area this project consists of 30 apartments. A rooftop deck with downtown and Hollywood sign views, gym, and recreation room will be included.

Prior to ground up development, Luminor Properties focussed on luxury remodels and "flips". This project exemplifies the quality of work and success that Luminor has had in this field.
