Luminor Properties is a real estate development company focused on developing trend setting mixed-use and residential apartment buildings in strong urban areas. Luminor truly believes in changing specific neighborhoods for the better, and building projects that are beyond the norm. Luminor Properties is constantly looking for new opportunities in order to continue to grow the portfolio and provide amazing housing for as many people as possible.
Prior to ground up development, Luminor Properties was successful in multifamily rehab in the “Silicon Beach” area. All aspects of the multifamily rehab including design and construction management was done by Luminor Properties. Thus, Luminor Properties is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of financing, acquisitions, designing, construction management, team leadership, and more.
Founder
Nathan Flores
Nathan Flores holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from NYU and a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University. Mr. Flores is currently Developing 3 projects totaling 109 Apartments and 4,500 square feet of retail in North Hollywood and Larchmont Village. With Magnolia Nineteen completed and 11 NoHo/ Oakwood 30 in construction, Mr. Flores is actively pursuing new projects. During undergrad Mr. Flores was amazed by the rapidly growing "Silicon Beach" below Loyola Marymount University. Mr. Flores saw Playa Vista as an opportunity to take his passion for real estate and to capitalize on the rapid growth of the area. At the age of 20 Mr. Flores was able to successfully project manage and design his first luxury condo in Playa Vista. Shortly after graduating Mr. Flores wrapped up his second full remodel and co designed project the "Loft". After the success of the first two projects, Mr. Flores was able to purchase a 3rd off market condo. After a major transformation the condo was leased and will be listed for sale summer 2018.
